What happens
Homeowners post jobs in their city. They describe the project and their budget. You get notifications for jobs matching your trade and service area.
You review the project details. If it's a fit, you message the homeowner directly through BuilderWorks and send a quote. They can reply with follow-up questions. You discuss scope, timeline, and price.
If they choose you, the job is yours. Once the work is done and the homeowner marks it complete, the lead fee will be charged (see Pricing below).

When a homeowner hires you through BuilderWorks, we charge a fee based on the job category. We collect it only after the job is marked complete.
If you don't win the job, you pay nothing.
There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, no cancellation fees, no fine print.

You send a quote for $7,500. They accept.
You complete the work. When you and the homeowner both confirm it's done, we charge $375 (e.g. 5% of $7,500). You get the remaining $ 7,125.
